REGULAR BUFFET

GENERAL

  • Not entitled to any promotion, discount or voucher
  • Prices are subjected to change and prevailing GST
  • Side orders must come along with buffet order
  • Food is best consumed within 3 hours upon delivery as advised by NEA
  • Increment of order must be in multiples of 5pax
  • For 45pax and above, you may choose 2 main courses (Portion: 50% per main course)
    Please indicate choice of your second main course in the Remarks section
  • Menu is not available for delivery to Costa Sand and Downtown East chalets
  • 50% deposit is required for order above $1000.00
  • We reserve the right to change the dish to another of equivalent value without prior notice, due to seasonality

DELIVERY CHARGES

  • Delivery time: 8.30am – 7.30pm
  • Delivery will be +/- 30mins from stated delivery time
  • Delivery fee of $50.00 ($53.50 w/ GST)
    • Free delivery for 60 pax and above per trip – exclude side order and delivery charge
    • An additional surcharge of $10.00 ($10.70 w/ GST) will be applicable for delivery to offshore areas (Sentosa and Jurong Island) and Central Business District (CBD) denoted by the first 2 digits of the postal code: Robinson – 01, 04, 05, 06, 07, 08; Marina Square – 03, 17; Orchard 22,23; Bras Basah 18, 19
    • An additional surcharge of $50.00 – $100.00 will be applicable for delivery to venues without lift landing
    • All buffet orders that deliver to Non-Permanent address (Eg: chalet, resort, club, pub & etc.) would be required to make pre-payment via credit card (Visa/ Master Card) 2 working days before the function date
  • Buffet set-up at any landed property will be done on ground level
  • Additional surcharge will be applicable for Buffet set-up on other levels of the landed property (Please note that we will not be held liable for any damages caused during the set-up)

CANCELLATION CHARGES

  • $30.00 administrative charge will be imposed for cancellation of orders after payment had been made
  • 50% of the total bill will be chargeable if cancellation of order is made 1 working day prior to event date
  • 100% of the total bill will be chargeable if cancellation of order is made on the event date

 

MINI BUFFET / MINI PARTY SET

GENERAL

  • For self-collection, full payment must be made in advance
  • Menu is not available for delivery to Costa Sand and Downtown East chalets
  • 50% deposit is required for order above $1000.00
  • We reserve the right to change the dish to another of equivalent value without prior notice, due to seasonality

DELIVERY CHARGES

    • One-way delivery only as no collection is required

HOME MEAL DELIVERY SERVICE

PAYMENT TERMS

  • First time or trial meal customers are to make payment via credit card before the first day of service
  • All payments must be made on the first day of service. We reserve the rights to terminate the service if payment is not received within the first 3 days commencement of meal delivery
  • Early termination of the service will be chargeable at:
    • $7.00 ($7.50 w/GST) per person per meal delivered
    • $3.00 ($3.20 w/GST) per trip for collection of tiffin carrier
    • $0.50 ($0.54 w/GST) per rice serving per person delivered
  • Cheque are to be crossed and made payable to BEST CATERING PTE LTD:
    • Container number & address to be written on reverse side of the cheque
    • Place cheque in an envelope and put in the top comparment of the tiffin carrier
    • Administrative fee of $20.00 will be levied for any dishonoured cheque received

PROPER HANDLING OF TIFFIN CARRIER

  • 2 sets of tiffin carriers are on loaned to customers. Tiffin carriers are to be returned upon termination of service
  • Tiffin carriers are not to be used for heating over direct fire or cooking purposes
  • If any form of damage is caused by mishandling of customers, replacement fee will be imposed:
    • $20.00 ($21.40 w/GST) per small tiffin carrier
    • $30.00 ($32.10 w/GST) per large tiffin carrier
  • Tiffin carriers are to be washed, clean and dried daily
  • Microwavable containers are disposable
  • In any case of tiffin carrier not being cleansed properly, additional $10.00 will be levied as tiffin carrier will be replaced with microwavable containers with immediate effect
  • Hook provided for tiffin carrier is to be hanged outside door gate for hygiene purpose

GENERAL SERVICE TERMS

  • Home Meal Delivery Service is available on weekdays only. Service will not be available on weekends, Public Holidays, Christmas Eve, New Year Eve, 1 day before Lunar New Year Eve and Lunar New Year Eve
  • If service is not available on dates that fall on weekdays, meal replacement will be done after the contract date
  • Plain rice will not be provided on every Wednesday as combo meal is being served
  • No cash refund will be given for early cancellation, termination of contract when service had commenced or after payment for the contract was made
  • Home Meal Delivery Service is on an auto renewal basis. New cycle of 20 Days or 16 Days Contract will automatically be renewed and imposed upon customer if notice of cancellation or termination is not receive 2 days before the date of contract expiry
    • $7.00 ($7.50 w/GST) per person per day will be charged for any outstanding day
  • Customers are not allowed to skip meal for more than 2 consecutive days unless it is under special circumstances (e.g. overseas vacation)
    • Customers with special circumstances are allowed to have meal replacement for a maximum of 2 weeks
  • 1 working day (before 4pm) notice is required for our Customer Service Officer to arrange for skip meal(s)
  • Meal replacement for skipped meal will always be after contract date

16 DAYS CONTRACT SERVICE TERM (4 DAYS PER WEEK)

  • Selection of 1 fixed weekday as non-service day for the 1 month contract period. Non-service day is to be confirmed before signing of contract
  • Not entitled for replacement of meal for any meal(s) missed

20 DAYS CONTRACT SERVICE TERM (5 DAYS PER WEEK)

  • Maximum of 2 meals replacement for the 1 month contract period is allowed
